Please note that the Moreton Bay Expo uses an online ticketing platform called LUP. Should there be an issue with your online tickets please direct your questions to them.

Q: I sent my ticket to the wrong email address. What can I do?

Q: The online ticketing website won’t work for me. What can I do?

Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket?
A: Please refer to our conditions of entry for more information.

Q: I purchased more than one ticket, how do I register my other tickets?
A: You will be emailed a PDF version of your tickets. On the Non Registered Ticket, it will contain a link you can visit online to register those tickets. You can also take your unregistered tickets to the iPad Registration Zone (inside the Pavilion) at the Event.


Q: How do I get to the event?
A: The event is held at the Redcliffe Showgrounds, Corner of Scarborough Road and Lamington Drive, Redcliffe, Brisbane, Queensland, 4020. Click here for more details.

Q: Can I get a multiple day ticket?
A: Yes, on your way out make sure you ask at the gates to get your FREE weekend pass.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Adults $12, Seniors Card $10 and children 16 and under are free with an adult.

Q: Is there parking available at the event?
A: Information regarding parking will be released closer to the event.

Q: What are the opening hours?
A: Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm, Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm & Sunday 8:30am – 4:00pm

Q: How do I get a copy of the Event Guide?
A: The Event Guides will be distributed within the South East Queensland Region days priort to the event opening with extra copies available at the Event entrances.

Q: Is there a list of exhibitors?
A: Yes, there will be a list of exhibitors in the Event Guide. There is also a list available online, click here to view it.

Q: How do I know when the entertainment is on?
A: All entertainment running times are published in the Event Guide (available at the Event entrances).

Q: Is there food available at the event?
A: Yes there is a number of different food stalls at the event.

Q: Are pets allowed at the event?
A:  No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (except registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs). For details on conditions of entry, click here.

Q. Can I Smoke at the event?
A. No. Smoking (inlcuding e-cigarettes) inside the event precinct or within 10 metres of the event entrances is prohibited.
