This Exhibitor portal for the 2021 Moreton Bay Expo contains important links to compulsory exhibitor forms plus additional links to optional forms. Exhibitors are asked to complete all compulsory forms prior to the cut-off dates (as indicated within the event prospectus).

There are four compulsory Exhibitor forms which must be completed before entry into the event.
COMPULSORY INDUCTION FORM
EXHIBITORS, ENTERTAINMENT & FOOD VENDORS
All Exhibitors, Entertainment and Food Vendors attending this event MUST complete the Compulsory Induction Form individually in order to comply with COVID-19 Contact Tracing Standards. Staff who have not completed the appropriate induction will be refused entry.
All Exhibitors, Entertainment and Food Vendors will be issued with single-use (individual) unique validation links required to complete the registration process. If you have not received your link’s prior to Friday 29th January, please contact the Australian Events office during business hours on Freecall 1800 671 588. No ‘promo’ code is required to be entered for unique validation links.
Children 16 years and younger will not be able to apply for an exhibitor pass under workplace health and safety requirements. Children are NOT permitted to enter the venue via the exhibitor entry gates under any circumstances. All children must be registered as a visitor, accompanied by a paying adult and enter the venue via the public entries during opening hours of the event only.
CONTRACTORS & DELIVERY DRIVERS
All contractors and delivery drivers engaged by the event organiser, venue, security or exhibitors accessing the event venue are required to complete the compulsory induction process before entry will be granted. Contractors and delivery driver access is only available during the bump in and bump out hours. The induction process does not provide access to the event precinct during the public open hours of the event.

ALL EXHIBITORS AND FOOD VENDORS attending this event MUST complete the compulsory event guide and website listing form. This forms part of your marketing package and includes details for the event guide and website directory.
COMPULSORY BUMP IN/OUT SCHEDULE FORM
ALL EXHIBITORS AND FOOD VENDORS attending this event MUST complete the compulsory bump in scheduling form. Use this form to nominate your prefered bump-in times. Please note, selected times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Australian Events.

To provide Australian Events with authority to accept deliveries on your behalf at the event, please complete this form. Australian Events will not accept any delivery of goods without this form completed and submitted PRIOR to the event.
