KEY EVENT INFORMATION

Opening Hours:

– Friday 12th February 2021: 8:30am – 4:00pm

– Saturday 13th February 2021: 8:30am – 5:00pm

– Sunday 14th February 2021: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Tickets:

Single Day: Adults $15, Seniors Card $13, Children Under 16 FREE.

Multi Day: Adults $18, Seniors Card $15, Children Under 16 FREE.

Tickets are only available online this year. EVERYBODY ATTENDING THIS EVENT MUST HAVE A TICKET, INCLUDING CHILDREN. Please ensure all children have been registered as well as adults. This is a requirement under the COVID Safe Event Plan. We thank you for your assistance.

Q: Is this event COVID Safe?

A: This event is running under a COVID Safe Event Plan approved by the local Queensland Health Unit. All patrons will need to abide by the COVID Safe rules as set out to attend this event. All patrons will need to pre-purchase their tickets online and complete a short COVID Safe questionnaire. If you do not pass the questionnaire or do not wish to comply with the COVID Safe rules, then you will not be permitted within this event. It is illegal to supply false information.

Q: Can I purchase tickets at the event?

A: No. Due to COVID Safe practices, all tickets must be pre-purchased online prior to entry

Q: Why are tickets only available online?

A: Tickets are only available online to reduce contact points and to record patron contact details in line with Covid tracing requirements. This is the new normal and a requirement under COVID Safe Event Plan.

Q: Do carers to a Companion Card Holder have to pay?

A: A paid or unpaid assistant or carer assisting the holder of a current Companion Card are admitted FREE. All carers will need to complete the online ticketing questionnaire to receive the pass.

Q: How do I get to the event?

A: The event is held at the Redcliffe Showgrounds, Corner of Scarborough Road and Lamington Drive, Redcliffe, Brisbane, Queensland, 4020. Click here for more details.

Q: Is there parking available at the event?

A: Yes, follow the links in the menu for more information.

Q: Can I get a multiple day ticket?

A: Yes, multiple day passes are available for purchase. Adults $18, Seniors $15, Children 16 and under free with an adult.

Q: Are there ATM's at the event?

A:  No. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, no ATMs will be available on site.

Q: How do I get a copy of the Event Guide?

A: The Event Guide will be available at the event entrance.

Q: Is there a list of exhibitors?

A: Yes. The exhibitor list is available online here and within the Event Map.

Q: Can I smoke at the event??

A: No. Smoking (inlcuding e-cigarettes) inside the event precinct or within 10 metres of the event entrances is prohibited.

Q: How do I know when the entertainment is on?

A: All entertainment running times are published in the Event Guide (available at the Event entrances) and online. Follow the links in the menu to view.

Q: Is there food available at the event?

A: Yes there is a number of different food stalls at the event.

Q: Are pets allowed at the event?
