Venue: Redcliffe Showgrounds, Scarborough Road, Redcliffe, Queensland 4020.

Parking: Parking is available within the Pearson Park, located off Klinner Road, $5.00 per vehicle, no trailers or caravans etc. All funds are collected by and go to the Morayfield Scout Group. Eftpos is accepted.

Parking is also available within the Redcliffe State School (weather permitting), located adjacent to the event, $5.00 per vehicle, no trailers or caravans etc. All funds are collected by and go to the State School. Cash is preferred, however Eftpos is accepted.

Q: Can I purchase tickets at the event?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the event, however, if you purchase your tickets online you get express entry at the gate.

Yes, Tap and Go – Note: Tickets are available at the gate by credit card and eftpos ONLY. No cash sales.

Q: Do carers to a Companion Card Holder have to pay?

A: A paid or unpaid assistant or carer assisting the holder of a current Companion Card are admitted FREE.
All carers will need to complete the online ticketing questionnaire to receive the pass.

Q: What discount cards do you accept?

A: This event offers discounted entry to people with a valid Seniors Card, Seniors Card +Go, Seniors Business Discount Card, Veteran Affairs Card, Pension Concession Card (Aged only) and Companion Card holders. Tickets are only valid when shown with the valid Card.

Q: Can I get a multiple day ticket?

A: Yes, multiple day passes are available for purchase. Adults $18, Seniors $15, Children 16 and under free with an adult.

Q: How do I get to the event?

A: The event is held at the Redcliffe Showgrounds, Corner of Scarborough Road and Lamington Drive, Redcliffe QLD 4020.

Train:

Catch the Redcliffe Peninsula Line train to Kippa-Ring Station, alight and exit onto Hindmarsh Street heading east towards Anzac Avenue. Traverse east on Anzac Avenue until you reach the Redcliffe Hospital. Turn left into Recreation Street and head North-East, (Hospital will be on your left) Recreation Street bends and turns into Scarborough Road, the Redcliffe Showgrounds and the Expo Entry One is on your right.

Total distance approximately 2700m and around 35 minutes.

Train & Bus:

Option 1: Catch the Redcliffe Peninsula Line train to Kippa-Ring Station, alight and exit onto Hindmarsh Street and catch the 696 ‘Kippa-Ring Loop’ on Platform B (Stop ID: 319796) – Service runs every 30 minutes on Friday and every 60 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. Alight at Victoria Avenue at Redcliffe Hospital (Stop ID: 310860), walk approximately 750m (9-10 minutes) to the Redcliffe Showgrounds and the Expo Entry One is on your right.

Option 2: Catch the Redcliffe Peninsula Line train to Kippa-Ring Station, alight and exit onto Hindmarsh Street and catch the 690 ‘Sandgate’ on Platform A (Stop ID: 319795) – Service runs every 30 minutes on Friday and every 60 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. Alight at Scarborough Rd at Klinger Road (Stop ID: 310887), walk approximately 660m (10-11 minutes) to the Redcliffe Showgrounds and the Expo Entry One is on your left.

Q: Is there parking available at the event?

A: Yes.

Q: Are there ATM's at the event?

A:  No ATMs will be available on site.

Q: How do I get a copy of the Event Guide?

A: The Event Guide will be available at the event entrance. An online version of the event guide will be available on this website the week of the event.

Q: Is there a list of exhibitors?

A: Yes. The exhibitor list is available online and within the Event Guide.

Q: Is there food available at the event?

A: Yes there is a number of different food stalls at the event.

Q: Are pets allowed at the event?

A:  No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (except registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs). For details on conditions of entry, click here.

Q: Can I smoke at the event?

A: No. Smoking (inlcuding e-cigarettes) inside the event precinct or within 10 metres of the event entrances is prohibited.

Q. Why is there a ticket fee?

Our expo charges an entry fee as we provide attendees with the opportunity to discover, compare, and engage with a wide range of outdoor, camping and adventure products and services in one convenient location, ultimately saving them time and effort in their search for the perfect gear or experience. The small fee helps cover operational costs, ensures we are displaying quality exhibitors and featuring industry experts, supports our locals, and provides enhanced experiences with interactive displays, informative workshops and entertainment, creating a more engaging and memorable experience for attendees! 

Q. Why is the expo cashless?

Our company continues to exclusively take electronic payments to keep inline with policies in the wake of the global pandemic, taking into consideration our staff, exhibitors and our communities. Reasons in addition to supporting contactless payment includes security and convenience considerations. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
